Yay. I’m really itching for this album release by Bjork, Biophilia, which has a release date of September 27th. Hear her third release from the album below to wet your appetite. I wonder how many Fisher Price toys were included in the production.

The first video below features the 3 in the studio and the proceeding one is the official vid. It’s quite the approach to narrative music.

Wow. Merrill Garbus (how 80s is the name Merrill by the way?) shows her incredible versatility in vocal capability with this energy-induced live performance. All while keeping the beat alongside The Roots. Even better, Black Thought spits a verse to add to the fire. I’m excited to see this fireball live!

Well, looks like this up-and-comer is a little peeved with the blogging world because they haven’t put him on yet. Patience my friend! This song, “Middle Finger” by Calez has me hyped this morning. Firstly because (sorry I didn’t list ‘good music’ as the first reason) but he is rocking the Kid high-top fade. The beat is hot, and he is pissed, which usually makes for good flow. Check it below.

Indie/Dance Rapper Spank Rock has come out with a refreshing video to start off your work week for his newest song, “DTF DADT.” It will be dropping on his upcoming sophomore album, Everything Is Boring and Everyone Is a Fucking Liar. Bahaha, jaded much? His recent music sounds more exciting than the last. The video reminds me of that group Cubic Zirconia’s tunes, if you’ve ever peeped them. Take a listen. This excites me because his buddy, Santigold will supposedly be dropping an album this year too! Cannot wait!

Check out RZA’s newest leak, Operator, featuring Kosha Dillz (this name does not get old for me!) and Kool G. RZA had to say the following about this track:

“Fuck me good, fuck me long, fuck me numb.”  Yup, the drug-induced lyrics in Frank Ocean’s Novacane are delectably disturbingand the trippy new video is equally as enticing.  The video was directed by Nabil Elderkin.  Feast your eyes.

The OG from Iceland brings us a new and really awesome track, Crystalline. This is the first track off her multimedia project, Biophilia. Disconaivete.com is streaming Crystalline now, so you can check it out HERE. The synth-drums at the end make me eager to hear the rest of the album.

Smokey has posted a new video for his song, Give It All Away on his creative and awesomely weird site.  Oh, and he and his band are giving away their Outside The Lines EP for free on their Facebook page. Peep the video below. I’m loving the song.

The title might be the most appealing part of this song.  It’s the newest track off of Big Sean’s upcoming album, Finally Famous, dropping June 28th.  Beat is nice but Kanye’s first verse is a bit of a waste.  Peep it below.
